使用livox_viewer 连接mid40出现如图中的错误，软件报critical error, 错误码0x80000020，请问是什么原因？现场使用可能网线比较长，是否是这个原因导致？

你好，此状态为电机异常，可以先尝试使用短的连接线连接，并升级到最新固件。
如故障仍存在，建议进行返修。
