The Livox community forums are a great place to post questions and share comments on a variety of lidar topics. We encourage you to describe as detail as possible in your post as it would be an efficient way to get assistance from Livox engineers.

How to get started

We want to make it super simple to get started. Just register with and verify your email, then you are all set for daily operations.

Questions and replies

Before asking a question, search for similar questions on the forums to see if answers may already be available. If there are no similar questions, click the “New Thread” button on the top right corner of the page, choose the category appropriately and enter your question.

Reputation points are earned whenever you post or reply. Substantial reputation points are given if your post or reply is marked “Digest/Top” by the forum admin. Though a reward mechanism of reputation points hasn’t come out yet, it will. We encourage you to constructively participate in the forums. Reputation points may be lost if you spam the site.

Livox Forums Personnel

Livox forum moderators are Livox employees who focus on ensuring a productive environment for technical discussions. Moderators have the authority to edit, delete, and retag posts, and may intervene if a discussion goes off-topic or becomes counterproductive.

Livox staff are grouped by Administrator. You can find this information on their profile page. Livox staff may offer useful advice in their areas of expertise, but should not be considered spokespeople or enforcers of Livox community forums policy.
