HELP:livox viewer 0.10.0 无法连接AVIA，提示 Heart Beat Lost!

求助：
本机IP为 192.168.1.50，livox viewer 0.10.0 ，与AVIA直连，打开livox viewer后有两条显示，一条为雷达AVIA，一条为Heart Beat Lost!，无法通过livox viewer查看实时点云。
请问有人连过AVIA吗，知道怎么回事吗？

您好，这里是Livox技术团队，目前您这个情况是雷达与电脑连接异常，建议您重点检查雷达的供电、以太网线连接是否正常，是否有松脱或者接触不好的情况

I had the same issue. It was to slow wifi speed. I fixed my issue by tweaking the wifi setup
Make sure your ethernet connection is good.
