Hello Livox team!

Can you please tell me about estimated time of service life of mid-100 and avia sensors? I can`t find it anywhere in your documentation.

Thing is, we are using your lidars for about 4 mounth now, and one of mid-100 sensors status codes is 0x40006400, which is warning us about approaching the end of service life (at least this is what we found here).

To me this is kinda strange. Tipycal lifetime for LD is rarely 10000H, and more ofthen is between 30000H and 50000H. For now we did not even exceed 10000H limit, and already got the warning.

Thanks.

The mid-100 life cycle is 11600 hours. This is a theoretical value, if under the influence of some special environment, the life cycle time will be reduced.

Can you please also clarify and elaborate on this error code, 0x40006400?

We now have 2 guesses, one is that the motor of our sensor is in a fault state, and the other is that our lidar`s lifetime is nearly over. Which is right?

We did not use Mid-100 or Avia in a special environment.

Service lifetime: Out with the old, and in with the new, right?
Maybe you can try to repair it through Dajiang.
