Support for latest OS

Hi,
I've been trying to install various software packages in regards to mapping using the Mid-40.
But appears everythig currently availble on GitHub is based on Ubuntu 16.04 or 18.04.
Even the 18.04 causes some probems during installation as many dependencies have been ugraded and certain components are no longer available in original form.

Are there any plans to update any of the software packages on GitHub to make it compatible and somewhat future proof (at least next few years) so they work on Ubuntu 22.04 ?

If the mapping algorithm of Mid-40 you mentioned is Loam-Livox which we forked it from HKU repository, maybe you can contact the HKU team.https://github.com/hku-mars/loam_livox
Unfortunately,  we will only maintain Livox SDK/ros driver and LIO-LIVOX ，and there is no plan to update other algorithms.Since our algorithms are all open source, you may refer to main code and modify it to suit your OS.
